Jet-Sim Terms and Conditions

Terms
'We', 'us' or 'our' refers to Jet Simulation Limited, registered in England No. 07089645. Registered Office: The White Cottage, Salterton, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP46AN
'You', 'your' refers to the person purchasing the voucher or the person redeeming it.
'Visitor' refers to the person redeeming the voucher or persons accompanying the person who is doing so.

 

When a person redeeming a voucher brings visitors with them to take part in some or all of the experience then ALL of these terms and conditions, rules and restrictions apply in full to them as well.

We have to refuse any visitor entry where they fail to meet these requirements as set out below.

Age and Height restrictions
Visitors must be 14 years or older and a minimum of 1.35 metres in height.
Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Documentation
ALL visitors must have a valid Passport, to be shown on arrival to the Flight Simulator Centre. No visitor will be permitted to enter any Flight Simulator Centre without valid documentation. If you book a session and arrive with no documentation no refund will be given.

Health
Visitors must be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems. Where motion sickness or other conditions might be aggravated by the motion of the simulator then the simulation can be conducted without motion. We recommend that expectant mothers should not participate. If you have any further questions about health issues please click here to contact us.

Simulator Centre Rules

  • Visitors must be dressed appropriately in smart casual clothing with flat shoes.
  • Visitors must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Cameras are allowed but photographs may only be taken within the confines of the simulator flight deck.
  • No food and drink in the simulators or briefing rooms.
  • No smoking anywhere inside the centre buildings.
  • Visitors must agree that personal data provided can be stored and used by Jet-Sim in accordance with the Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy.
  • Your information and the details of your purchase, booking or visit may be provided to government authorities in the interests of aviation security under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.

Passengers
All Flight Simulators have at least 2 seats just behind the front seats for passengers. Many of the flight simulators have more and we encourage you to bring friends! Please visit the page for the type of aircraft you would like to book or have booked or click here to contact us to find out more.

Passengers must use the full harness provided when using the Full Motion Flight Simulators.
Where appropriate these Terms and Conditions apply to passengers.

Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for nine months. You will find the expiry date printed on the voucher. Simulator sessions must be booked and completed prior to the expiry date. Beyond this date the voucher will cease to be valid. If you are unable to redeem your voucher within the validity period the voucher can be extended a further 3 months however you will incur an administration fee of £50.

Vouchers purchased are for the TIME PERIOD of the Flight Simulator Experience and not for a particular aircraft type or location. A specific location and simulator may be chosen at the time of booking.

Refunds
Jet-Sim complies with the UK distance selling regulations in force at the time of your purchase. You have the right to return any gift voucher within 7 days of purchase and a refund will be paid, except the costs of postage. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher and any monies will be refunded the same way the payment was first made.

Postal Delivery
All Printed Gift Vouchers purchased are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail in a plain envelope.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your booking date, Jet-Sim will not be able to refund your voucher and you will loose your chance to fly as well as any monies paid.

If you wish to reschedule a booking before the 48 hour period begins you can. Simply contact us with your voucher number and Booking Confirmation Number (on you Booking Confirmation Email). Where possible please also include your new preferred date.

Discount Vouchers and Coupons
A Jet-Sim Discounts or Special Offers will always include a specific Coupon Code. If you have a Jet-Sim Coupon Code you must provide it in the space provided on the checkout page. Only one Coupon Code may be used per purchase.

Liability
By purchasing or redeeming a Jet-Sim gift voucher, you agree that Jet-Sim shall not be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any simulator session for reasons beyond our control including acts of God, mechanical failure, location changes or otherwise.

Applicable Law
Current English law applies, any disputes will be settled in an English Courts. Where one or more parts of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid the rest will survive and remain in force.

These terms and conditions will apply to purchasing, receiving or using a Jet-Sim voucher, whether or not the voucher holder is the original purchaser. Jet-Sim reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice and you should check these for changes which may so occur.

At the time of your booking Jet-Sim and the Simulator Centres retain the right to refuse admittance to any visitor who does not meet the criteria above. Should this happen, no refund will be given.
