Do your simulators have hydraulic motion systems?
Yes, all the Full Motion flight simulators have hydraulic powered motion systems. You will feel everything from the acceleration to turbulence in one of the £10-million full motion flight simulators.
What age limits do you have for people taking sessions in your flight simulators?
The minimum age for flying the Flight Simulators is 14 years although you must be a minimum of 1.35 Metres in height. Visitors under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Can you post gift vouchers to any address?
We will post gift vouchers to any UK address.

Can my partner choose to fly the Flight Simulator of their choice?
Yes, they will be able to choose the type of aircraft, location of the simulator and date for the Flight Simulator Experience. This information can be chosen when redeeming your voucher online. Please use the booking form in 'handy information' located on the top menu to redeem you voucher.
My partner wishes to upgrade to a longer session - Is that possible?
Yes, we charge for the difference between the session purchased and that required. Please click here to contact us about extending your session.
Are there any medical conditions that I should inform you about?
We will accept any medical condition if declared at the time of purchase. Although it is not advised if visitors are not in good health, have back or neck problems, motion sickness or other conditions that could be aggravated by the motion of the simulator. Do I have to book online?
Yes you must book online or by email. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
How long do gift vouchers take to arrive?
All eVouchers are sent by email and will be received within 24 hours. All Printed Vouchers are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class post. If you do not receive your e-mail please check your spam box.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, your booking can be rescheduled by contacting us and giving us your voucher number and Booking Confirmation Number (on you Booking Confirmation Email) please also include your new preferred date. You must reschedule within 30 days for your original booking. No booking can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the date of you flight simulator experience. Which locations do you offer?
We offer flight simulator experiences at Bournemouth, Southampton, Gatwick and Heathrow. The simulator centres house some of the world's most advanced full-motion flight simulators.

What is the full duration of an Experience?
Experiences last from 20 minutes to as long as you wish to book. All experiences also have an additional 30 minute pre-flight briefing which is conducted immediately before the Flight Simulator Session.
What can I do in the time that I have?
Your professional instructor will discuss some options in the pre-flight briefing. In your session you will have full control of a powerful jet airliner, you will taxi out, line up on the runway and feel the immense acceleration as you take to the sky's. You will then fly the simulator, maybe be given some emergency scenarios before bringing your airliner in for a safe landing.
How many people can the simulator hold?
